Die Villa zur Lippe ist ein neobarocker Villenbau aus dem Jahr 1904 in dem Dresdner Stadtteil Blasewitz. Das sanierte Gebäude mit der Adresse Käthe-Kollwitz-Ufer 88 wird heute vom Sächsischen Landkreistag genutzt.
