Das Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk Berlin-Tempelhof (RAW/Raw Berlin-Tempelhof) war ein Ausbesserungswerk der Deutschen Reichsbahn. Es wurde 1992 geschlossen. Heute ist auf dem Gelände ein Gewerbegebiet angesiedelt, u. a. mit IKEA, Bauhaus und der Deutschen Post.
