Nikolauskapelle und Steinhaus an der Neuen Straße 102, ehemals Schelergasse 11, sind die ältesten erhalten gebliebenen Gebäude Ulms. Zumindest Teile der Bausubstanz stammen noch aus der romanischen Epoche, der staufischen Zeit.
