Die St.-Nikolai-Kirche (dänisch: Nikolaikirken; niederdeutsch Nikolaienkark) ist eine der Hauptkirchen von Flensburg (postalische Adresse: Nikolaikirchhof 8). Sie grenzt unmittelbar an den Südermarkt und bildet damit städtebaulich das Zentrum des jüngsten der vier historischen Flensburger Siedlungskerne.
