Das Kloster St. Märgen ist ein ehemaliges Augustiner-Chorherrenstift in St. Märgen im Schwarzwald, das um 1118 unter der Bezeichnung Cella Sanctae Mariae gegründet wurde. Die deutsche Form des Namens, „Maria-Zell“, wandelte sich im Lauf der Jahrhunderte über Marienzell, Sante Merien und St. Mergen zum heutigen Kloster- und Ortsnamen St. Märgen.
