Die evangelisch-lutherische Kirche Johanniskirche in dem Ortsteil Haina der Gemeinde Römhild im Landkreis Hildburghausen (Thüringen) ist seit dem Jahr 1300 nachweisbar. Das denkmalgeschützte Bauwerk stammt in seiner heutigen Form aus dem Jahr 1839.
