Die Herz-Jesu-Kirche in Wurzen ist eine katholische Kirche, die Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts am damaligen östlichen Wurzener Stadtrand entstand. Sie ist Pfarrkirche der Herz-Jesu-Gemeinde Wurzen im Bistum Dresden-Meißen. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz.
