Haus Nehlen steht in Berwicke, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Welver im Kreis Soest. Es war ursprünglich eine Wasserburg. Im 17. Jahrhundert wurde die Anlage zu einem Schloss im Stil der Lipperenaissance umgebaut.
