Carlshöhe (auch: Karlshöhe, Carlshöh, Karlshöh; plattdeutsch: Carlshöh, Karlshöh; dänisch: Carlshøj) ist ein Stadtteil der Stadt Eckernförde am Rande des Windebyer Noors. Im Nordwesten der Stadt an der Bundesstraße 76 (B 76) in Richtung Schleswig gelegen, ist Carlshöhe einer von zwei ineinander übergehenden Stadtteilen; der andere ist Grasholz.
